The location was absolutely amazing, right next to the main square with its beautiful arcades. Our suite was incredibly spacious, airy, and oh-so-comfortable. The reception staff went above and beyond to help us book our rail tickets online and even printed them for us. The spa bath in our Single Deluxe room was totally worth the extra cost, and I was thrilled to find a teapot in the room this time. The hotel's location in the historic center was perfect for exploring and enjoying the local restaurants. Despite some noise during the day, the room was quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. the hotel offered a fantastic experience, and the breakfast service left us with a big smile and positive vibes for the rest of the day.

The slopes were fantastic, and the kids couldn't get enough of the adrenaline rush. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to spend more time on the slopes and less time traveling. With well-maintained equipment available for rent nearby, our skiing adventure was smooth and hassle-free.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated children's play area. Although the kids enjoyed their time at the hotel, my wife felt that having a designated space where they could play and let off some energy would have been wonderful.

Stayed at Hotel Grand for 3 nights while exploring the city. Central location with parking was convenient. Room was spacious and had comfy chairs, kettle, and a selection of teas and coffee. Good quality toiletries provided. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast selection. Across the road, there's an excellent ice cream shop with unique flavors.

With an en-suite bathroom and cable TV, this room had everything I needed as a traveler.

Personally, I found the hydromassage showerheads in the bathrooms to be a bit overwhelming. However, I understand that others might enjoy the experience.
